Colonel
(Res.) Moshe Elad is an Israeli-Palestinian Relationship
Expert who has been working for 16 years in the
West Bank and Lebanon. In his capacities he has
served as: Military Governor of Jenin and Bethlehem
in the West Bank, Military Governor of Tyre in Southern
Lebanon, Arab Affairs Advisor, Head of Regional
Security Committee where he led the cooperation
and coordination with the Palestinian Authority. Col. Elad is a Ph.D researcher on Palestinian Society. He also holds a masters degree from Kennedy School of Government/ Harvard University and a BA degree from Haifa University in Education and History of the Middle East. He is also a former Emissary to USA and a frequent commentator on Israeli-Palestinian Relationship on International and Israeli media. He is fluent in Hebrew, English and Arabic. |
